Sub-funds can only be registered under an umbrella VCC. Below is the information required to complete the transaction:

  • Proposed name of sub-fund

  • Date of formation of sub-fund

 

To register a sub-fund, please submit your application via VCC Portal (www.vcc.bizfile.gov.sg).

Should the VCC decides to change from a non-umbrella VCC to an umbrella VCC, this information must be updated via the VCC Portal within 14 days. For more information, please refer to the section on Updating Information of VCCs and VCC Officers.

The processing time for the registration of sub-fund may take up to 3 working day(s) to process if it is referred to another government agency for approval or review, if necessary.
