  • This report provides a chronological list of approved transactions made by a business or company since registration. It includes the dates and descriptions of lodgements such as Annual Returns, Memorandum & Articles of Association, Change of Company Directors, etc.

Register of Members (ROM)

  • A private company is required to notify the Registrar of the information to be entered in its Register of Members (ROM). Therefore, the information in a company’s ROM may be incomplete until it has filed all the required information with the Registrar. Where necessary, the Registrar may also update the ROM with information obtained from other government sources.
  • Please note that the ROM will not display historical information kept in the company’s existing register of members before 03 Jan 2016, and the company is required to retain its existing register of members, and the information of persons who have ceased to be members. Therefore, please approach the company directly if you wish to inspect its existing register of members.

  • This report displays the directors linked to a company. Details such as director name, date of appointment, date of cessation are included. This is available for all companies.

  • This report displays the Chief Executive Officers (CEO) linked to a company. Details such as CEO name, date of appointment, date of cessation, etc are included. This is available for all companies.

  • This report displays the secretaries linked to a company. Details such as secretary name, date of appointment, date of cessation, etc. are included. This is available for all companies.

Company officers and its members have free access to all of the company’s registers (excluding Register of Business / Company Documents). To be eligible for the fee waiver, please login to Bizfile and navigate to the Free Product Download page at the entity dashboard. 

How to buy:

To purchase the product:

Upon successful payment, a delivery notification email containing the product download code will be sent to you within 15 minutes.

Alternatively, if the purchase is done via Singpass, you can login at ACRA Bizfile portal, click on Messages to access the above same email message. 

Download for purchased product will expire 30 days from date of purchase, no further extension can be made.

Authenticity of ACRA's Registers

You can verify the authenticity of ACRA's Registers using any of the following methods:

  • scan the QR code on the document using a QR code scanner,
  • copy and paste the unique verification URL link in the document to a web browser to view, or
  • enter the authentication number and UEN on Bizfile Product Authentication page.

Certification for ACRA's Registers

Certified statutory registers are available for purchase at $1 per page. The same certification is available at the same fee for free registers for active position holders.
