Extract is a PDF copy of forms with / without attachments filed by business entities with ACRA, such as the company constitution, financial statements, incorporation of local companies and annual returns. It can be used to trace an entity’s historical records.

Some extracts will come with helpful informational notes to provide insights on the quality and completeness of the extracts and attachments, allowing customers to assess whether to proceed with the purchase.
How to buy:
The cost of the extract is as follows:
- $11.00 – Forms without attachment
- $26.00 – Forms with attachment
- Additional $1 per page for certification
The certified document bears an ACRA entity stamp, an authentication number and is endorsed by the Assistant Registrar of ACRA.

You can verify the authenticity of ACRA's Extract using any of the following methods:
- scan the QR code on the document using a QR code scanner,
- copy and paste the unique verification URL link in the document to a web browser to view, or
