The 6th annual Audit Committee Seminar, jointly organised by ACRA, Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) on 16 Jan 2020, was attended by close to 400 audit committees (ACs) and directors of listed companies. Themed “Looking Beyond the Veneer of Numbers”, participants were updated on the latest regulatory developments by ACRA and SGX Regco, and discussed what ACs should look out for to ensure financial integrity in the increasingly complex business world today.
