More than 400 audit committees (ACs) and directors of listed companies attended the 5th annual Audit Committee Seminar, jointly organised by ACRA, Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) on 16 Jan 2019. Themed “The Audit Committee in the New Normal”, participants received updates from ACRA and SGX Regco on the latest corporate regulatory developments. ACs chairs and members also discussed how they can respond to the growing complexity of businesses and the regulatory developments.
