Over 400 audit committee and board members attended a joint seminar organised by ACRA, Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) on 12 January 2016. This annual seminar brings regulators and industry experts together to share the latest in audit and financial reporting regulatory developments and is targeted at directors of listed companies who serve on the audit committees.
