Changes in the following information (relating to a partner or manager) must be updated in Bizfile within 14 days from the date of change: 

  • Name (note: the related deed poll must be attached)
  • Identification type*
  • Identification number*
  • Residential address*
  • Nationality*
  • Land/fixed line number
  • Mobile number
  • E-mail address
There is no fee to file the above changes. However, a penalty may be imposed for late filing.

* Note: Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents are not required to update ACRA on changes to their residential address, personal name, nationality, identification type and number. Bizfile will obtain the information directly from the relevant agency. For such changes, please notify the Immigration and Check Points Authority of Singapore (ICA) at the ICA website.


Partners and managers of a LLP can apply for a contact address to be reflected in place of their residential address in ACRA's public records and business information products. Please note that it must be an address where you can be contacted, within the same jurisdiction as your residential address. P.O. box address is not allowed.

There are no fees for the filing of contact address. Filing of contact addresses are mandatory.
