This page provides instructions for foreigners on how to submit a company registration application via Bizfile.

Foreigners with EntrePass

Step 1: Log in to Bizfile using your SingPass. 


Step 2: Apply via the "Register new business entity" eService.

Alternatively, you may engage the services of a registered filing agent (e.g. a law firm, accounting firm, or corporate secretarial firm) to submit the online application on your behalf.

Foreigners without EntrePass

You will need to engage the services of a registered filing agent (e.g. a law firm, accounting firm, or corporate secretarial firm) to submit the online application on your behalf.
