Customers visiting ACRA’s service counters for enquiries on business registration matters will have to book an appointment via the e-appointment system at least working days in advance.

On the day of your appointment

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival at ACRA, please obtain a queue ticket from the Queue Ticket kiosks located at the main entrance of the TaxPayer and Business Service Centre. Our officers will attend to you within 15 minutes of your appointment time. To ensure that you are served on time, please be punctual for your appointment.

If you have missed your appointment, you may have to wait up to 90 minutes to be served. Our officers may also schedule you to visit us on another day.

Making an Appointment

1. Can I make an appointment to see an ACRA officer on the same day?  
Appointments need to be made 3 working days in advance through our online appointment form. If you need immediate assistance with your enquiry, you may also use our self-help tool, Ask Ada. 

2. May I book two appointments at the same time?  
Only 1 appointment is allowed per person. A new appointment can only be made after an existing appointment has elapsed. 

3. I don’t have an appointment. Can I walk in to ACRA to make an enquiry?  
In view of enhanced safe distancing measures for COVID-19, customers seeking assistance at ACRA’s service counters located at Revenue House must make an appointment at least 3 working days in advance. 

4. What kind of services can I make an appointment for?  
An appointment may be made for general enquiries relating to setting up, managing and closing a business entity. Our officers are unable to perform the filing of online transactions during the appointment. All transactions are performed via our online filing platform www.bizfile.gov.sg.

5. Can I ask the officer to perform online filing transactions during my appointment?  
Our officers will not be able to perform online transactions during the appointment. All transactions are performed via our online filing platform www.bizfile.gov.sg.

6. How do I know if an appointment is confirmed?  
An email acknowledgement will be sent. You may also check your current appointment through our “Contact Us” page.

7. How do I check my scheduled appointment time?

8. What are the timings available for the appointment?  
Appointment slots are available from 9.00am to 4.30pm. Each slot is 30 minutes.

9. Can I make appointment to see a specific ACRA officer?  
Customers will be attended to by the duty officer for the day and are unable to make appointments to see specific ACRA officers.

10. Can I send a representative if I cannot attend on the appointment date?  
If you are not able to make it for your appointment, you may change your appointment through our online appointment form 1 working day in advance.

2. What if I am unable to make it on the actual appointment date? How do I cancel or change my appointment?  
You may  reschedule or cancel your current appointment 1 to 14 working days in advance through our online appointment form.
