Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2014

The Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendment)(No.2) Bill 2014 was passed by Parliament in October 2014. The Act will take effect in phases. The first phase was implemented on 1 July 2015. The second phase came into effect on 3 Jan 2016.
