To keep corporate service providers (CSPs) abreast of the latest developments in the sector, ACRA, the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) co-organised two outreach sessions at the NTUC Centre on 25 Jan 2019. About 1,000 CSPs attended the event where ACRA officers updated on upcoming business registry and regulatory initiatives that would impact CSPs and their clients. The topics covered at the sessions included new and more convenient e-payment initiatives as well as proposed changes to streamline the filing of financial statements in XBRL (Extensive Business Reporting Language) format.
