Before Registered Filing Agents (RFAs) can perform transactions on behalf of their clients via Bizfile, RFAs must first maintain the list of clients that they are servicing in Bizfile using the “Maintain corporate service provider client list” eService.

This transaction allows RFAs to add or remove their clients and can be filed by the authorised officers of the RFA (i.e. directors, secretaries, partners or owners) or their Registered Qualified Individual(s). There is no fee payable for this transaction.

Once a client is added to the client list using this eService, your client must endorse and give consent before the RFA can perform filing on their behalf. Endorsement can be given by any one of the authorised position holders of the newly added client.
