Over 150 company directors from listed companies, who are also audit committee members for their companies, attended a joint seminar organised by ACRA, Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) on 7 January 2015 at the SGX Auditorium. As audit committees oversee both the company management and auditors, they play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of financial reporting. The inaugural seminar focused on the latest developments in the corporate regulatory landscape and the challenges that lie ahead for 2015.
