What is the ACRA API Marketplace

The ACRA API Marketplace is ACRA's platform for subscribing to and managing API services.

ACRA launched the ACRA API Marketplace on 26 May 2024. It provides a more secure, scalable and efficient way to access API services.

For existing API Mall subscribers: New API subscriptions are no longer available on the API Mall. If you subscribed to Validate and Upload XBRL FS APIs, continue using the API Mall until further notice.

You can subscribe to these API services on the ACRA API Marketplace:

Available API categories

API service

Description

Entity Information Query (EIQ)*

Provides comprehensive profile information on entities registered with ACRA.

This includes the Business Profile Data API launched on 18 November 2025.

Note: Only specified persons can request access to residential address information under the ACRA Act 2004. You need to submit the request via FormSG.

Financial Information Query (FIQ)*

Provides basic financial details of companies that have submitted their financial statements in XBRL.

This includes financial year-end dates and auditors signing off on the financial statements.

trustBar Verification Query (TVQ)*

Verifies the:

  • Authenticity of Business Profiles; and

  • Authenticity and currency of Business Certificates (Incorporation or Registration)

*Mock APIs are available for testing.

Managing your API subscription

The ACRA API Marketplace comes with these improved features:

Shared account access

Corppass users under the same entity will have shared access to the same ACRA API Marketplace business account.

This includes:

  • API subscriptions

  • Application management

  • Usage history

This ensures smoother transitions when personnel change.

Auto top-up

Your subscription will automatically top up when you have 150 API calls remaining or two days before it expires, whichever comes first.

Note: Auto top-ups will be disabled if your account is inactive for 90 days. You can reactivate it by logging in to your account.
